SCOOP!! Scania V8 Upgrade????
Rumour has it there is a big announcement coming from Scania tomorrow about the V8 engines. Could there be an increase in power on the way??? Who knows all will be on the Scania website tomorrow I’m sure, I’ll keep an eye and let you know.
Hotel on Wheels For Sale
Ever heard of Czech company Tomcar Servis?? No nor had I until I stumbled across a picture of this smart truck. After a touch of detective work it turns out its for sale. The price tag is €135,000. Sounds a lot i know, but it is a one off and the interior is rather good! If you are interested either visit the website www.tomcar.cz or contact Blanka Kučerová, the company accountant at tomcar@tomcar.cz she is very helpfull and is keen to sell this truck, if i had the spare cash or a good reason i’d snap it up. Imagine would your mates at the Caravan Club would say!!!! Once again the king of reloads was hard at work last week. Delivered to the Isle of Wight on Monday, Reload Bournemouth Airport, nice just down the road. Deliver Toulouse, France the reload Friday from Milan. www.stevemarshexpress.co.uk This picture was taken on his way back from Milan, queing for the Mont Blance Tunnel. Steve Marsh to Scania
No Steve hasn’t converted to Scania, he has just delivered up to the Engine Plant up at Sodertalje, Sweden. Last week a quick trip upto Sweden. Still looks wintery up there looking at the ice on Lake Vatter, next to the E4. Good pictures i think.
