**SCOOP: Scania Dark Diamond in the UK**
While in Immingham waiting to ship out to Sweden, Mr Marsh spotted a Brand New Scania Dark Diamond sitting in Immingham dock, awaiting delivery to the some where in the UK or Eire. Can anyone shed any light on it? Does anyone know where its going too? email me at ben@truckblog.co.uk
Steve Marsh to Scania
No Steve hasn’t converted to Scania, he has just delivered up to the Engine Plant up at Sodertalje, Sweden. Last week a quick trip upto Sweden. Still looks wintery up there looking at the ice on Lake Vatter, next to the E4. Good pictures i think.

Another Google Earth Find
The little MAN of www.stevemarshexpress.co.uk fame has been out in Sweden this week. Parked in a little rest stop just north of Lagan on the E4, so i though i’d look on street view to see just how beautifull the Swedish countryside is, only to find this beauty stopped for a breather.

This is Amazing!!!
” So many questions! Most importantly the woman in the Clio was unharmed. Its just amazing, i guess with a wet road their may not be any tyre smoke. I don’t know what to say really, just amazing, i do think the Clio driver would have needed to change her pants when she got home though!!!
Do you want an old Trailer for a Restoration??
After speaking with David Fowler of ACH fame about old vehicles and trailers. He told me his insurance broker had found an old ACH trailer on an airfield in the Midlands. If you are after an old trailer look no further than Bruntingthorpe Airfield. For £500/scrapvalue look what could be yours;

If you look on Google earth at Bruntingthorpe Airfield, just remember there aren’t quite as many trailers there now. The picture is from 2006, as i spoke to Bruntingthorpe myself and they told me there are still a lot on site but not as many as on Google Earth.
