Looking around on www.bing.com/maps i was looking over Ancona port and i came across this, if you look carefully at the group of trucks in the middle of the screen, the familiar colours of a well known Middle East Haulier!!

Norway Last Week
En route to Kristiansund on the coast about halfway up Norway. A few bits for a ship from Gt Yarmouth.
The driver and picture taker, Mr Richard Arnold, said he pulled up on the main road, got out took some pics, got back in the truck and carried on, in the mean time not one car passed him. Just imagine what it must be like to drive along a main road during the day with no traffic………………. Some thing you’ll never experience here in the UK!!
WIL 2580 & The Titan Up From Copdock
Caught up with these 2 on the way home, stopped just up from the Copdock roundabout on the A12 in the layby. Before anyone says anything the Titans load was heavier! Not sure who the phantom bibber is right at the end, another white van man looking for fame!
Saturdays Drive
AV52 SYO and NB24 baack from Ipswick dock. Nice to have a go at some thing a bit bigger than normal, it certainly makes you think a lot more than driving any thing near standard. Any one who thinks its easy coz all 4 axles steer then think again!
Off to Oz
After 4 days of pressure washing and belts removed, this screener is off to Southampton to hopefully emigrate to the other side of the world. For those of you who dont know, any machinery, plant, vehicles or any thing else for that matter heading to Austrailia has to be spotlessly clean in order to gain entry. This screener will come off the boat in Oz, be put into quarantine in the port, be washed down, and if any dirt comes off of it, it runs the risk of being put straight back on the boat to come back to the UK for more washing!
V8 HCW & OB1
Little Big Rigs
International German Courier types. They go all over in their mini space cabs, lucky buggers! 2 of them are tilts and 1 a box, Pictures of them all over Europe from Norway to Greece to Mallorca, If only i still had mine….
No Idea!
Just found this pic onthe net, it had no details what so ever, it just appeared in the image search for “Airbus Silver Atego”. So make your own mind up of where it is!
I-raq is Back
These few little gems come from the roving reporter over there in I-raqistan. Parked just round the corner from his hotel were these 3. Looks like the Volvo is an international motor as its displaying the Saudi transit plate. Also look at the Pegaso, on the side of the container, i think that is a air con unit sticking out the side! Homemade fridge box by any chance?? Great pictures Captain, keep them coming.

Dock Chaos
After seeing this i don’t think anyone can moan about the VBS sytem at Felixstowe! This is the congestion caused by the in dock and out dock being the same gate and their just being to many trucks! I think they need to sign up to VBS!
