New SPECS average speed camera’s have been put in place over the QE2 Bridge at Dartford, buggers!! From some where near the start of the bridge down to the tolls from what i hear. Also rumoured to be inside the tunnels or soon to be inside the tunnels, so you have been warned, no more flat out through the tunnel to hear your V8!
Immaculate as always. Speaking to one of his drivers who had spent a day just polishing the stainless, although he said between them it only took a couple of hours to polish the trailer, thats good going i reckon. Still it looked as clean as ever, if i was a Volvo man i would say it was beautifull!
I quite like this one. I usually find these paint jobs to much for my liking, but for some reason i liked it (must have been the beer!). She did sound well, it had a butterfly valve fitted and was running a slightly larger than normal pipe out of the normal place if you see what i mean. Tidy.
If i were a judge i think this lot would win the small fleet silverware. Absolutley immaculate and as with most paddies i dare say they cover some ground. Nice color scheme, subtle artwork, not over the top with the bling and plenty of lights that dont look too much. I also enjoyed there entrance to the show ground, flat out to get in saturday night before they locked the gates!
I dont really know what to say about this one. Gorgeous, perfect, like new, anything else pervy you can think of! It was very understated and very original, no stainless steel no bling just original colors and parts, it was great, i hope it got some reward from the judges. Well done to Derry’s.
Here we are i’m back. Be prepared for an influx of Truckfest pics over the next week or so. Show was quite good, standard of trucks was pretty high. Here is my little wagon, she looked well i have to say and she had lots and lots of interest, i reckon i could have been a contender for most photographed truck! including on the road on the way to and from!!
